Meet Jericho Mamuyac
 
My background was in the financial sector, as a corporate trust account administrator and assistant vice president for one of the biggest stock transfer company in Wall Street for over 10 years and also have been practicing real estate since 1995.
 
My desire to spend more quality time with my family and the promise that never wake up to an alarm clock ever again, led me to eventually trade the pin-striped suit for more of a casual business attire and started my own company in the wellness industry.  It was during my associations and travels that I met my wife, Raquel, who is a registered nurse and a clinical manager of a renal care facility in New Jersey.
 
I've been a Las Vegas resident for over two years now, having moved here with my family from New Jersey in August 2006.  I decided to join the Sotheby's International Realty organization, primarily due to their global presence.  My experience in sales and customer service prior to joining Sotheby's is important in effectively servicing our Buyers and Sellers.  Integrity and accountability is paramount to my clients and my primary focus is based on these principles.
 
In this competitive market, it is essential for Buyers to use a Realtor who not only understands quickly what you are hoping to find, but how to find it and make it yours.  My job is to give my clients a pleasant, no-stress home shopping experience, and to help smooth their entry into their new home and new city.  For Sellers, selling your home is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life.  How much is it REALLY worth?  How long will it take to sell?  How do you handle buyers making undesirable offers?  It is my job to guide you through this complicated process, from beginning to end.  It is essential that the full value of your home is realized in a sale, regardless of market conditions.

My Hobbies

When I’m not constantly talking or reading “real estate” I like to spend quality time with my family going hiking, traveling, relax over a nice dinner, or watch musical videos (i.e Bee Gees, Andrea Bocelli, etc...).  I may even dust off the old Monty Python videos and watch them too!
