Kiana was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 2000, she moved to Las Vegas unaware of her interest in real estate and worked at Aristocrat Gaming as a Buyer.  In the interim Kiana obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. It wasn’t until the purchase of her first home in 2002 she realized her interest in the Real Estate industry. Shortly after her purchase, the real estate market exploded – creating what we formerly knew as the “Real Estate Boom”!

Kiana then began making some real estate investments of her own and further decided to obtain her license in real estate. As a member of the National Association of Realtors®, I am dedicated to my duties to clients, the public, and other Realtors® and am bound by the strict code of ethics and standards of practices in general.

While Kiana’s professional expertise is in residential home sales, she is committed to educating herself in all aspects of the business. Kiana’s goal is to be able to essentially educate her clients with efficient and accurate information so they can make informed choices and decisions. Her experience in the gaming industry has helped her to build effective business relationships and basic knowledge of the local area. Although her buying experience is in gaming it definitely has helped to sharpen her negotiating skills in real estate.

When she is not in the office she enjoys modeling, acting, reading, hiking, exercising, traveling, dancing and simply spending time with family and friends.
